何組か卒業式でしたーとお伺いしました。

記憶が遠のいて行っていますが

私たちの帰宅時間も早くなりました。
この生活に慣れていないので

先日より運動を始めました‼︎
帰宅後1時間ほど歩いたり走ったりして
その後にゆっくり湯船に浸かります。
汗をかくとスッキリします。

1月7日に七草粥を食べる風習は
3月3日の上巳の節句（桃の節句）や
5月5日の端午の節句など
「五節句」の一つで
年末年始やお正月を終え
胃や身体をいたわるために七草粥を食べ
今年一年の無病息災を願う行事で
現代で言えばデトックスとか
ファスティング的なものの様です。
