⑥すずな（かぶ）

数歌があるそうです。

1月7日に七草粥を食べる風習は

3月3日の上巳の節句（桃の節句）や

5月5日の端午の節句など

「五節句」の一つで

年末年始やお正月を終え

胃や身体をいたわるために七草粥を食べ

今年一年の無病息災を願う行事で

現代で言えばデトックスとか

ファスティング的なものの様です。

The custom of eating Nanakusa-gayu on January 7 is one of the “five festivals” such as the Kamimi festival (peach festival) on March 3 and the children’s festival on May 5, and it takes care of the stomach and body after the New Year holidays and New Year holidays.
