昨日は店長のお誕生日だったので
日帰り温泉旅行になりました。
湯の山温泉（三重県菰野町）にある
温泉施設と賛否両論のミシュランシェフ
笠原さんの分庵である笠庵
パテシエの辻口さんの
ケーキ屋さんconfiture H
パン屋さんMariage de farine
他にもイタリアンの有名店が揃う
食と自然をテーマにした所です。

温泉に入り
美味しいものを食べて
ゆっくり出来ました‼︎
リフレッシュ出来たので

3月3日の上巳の節句（桃の節句）や

今年一年の無病息災を願う行事で
現代で言えばデトックスとか
ファスティング的なものの様です。
